introducing a toothed coupling
The most common type of couplings are two gears assembled by adaptive spindles to the two ends of the actuator and movable axes. A shell that has internal gears will link these two axes. This shell is made in two pieces and is connected to the bolts and nuts, if they want to transfer small moments, they are made seamlessly. There are also systems in which the gear is mounted only on one axes. When choosing this type of coupling from the catalog, care must be taken that no matter how much the angle of deviation increases, the amount of transmission will be reduced as much. Used to transfer small and medium-sized moments, cheap ones, known as full-blown couplings or buoy couplings, are made of very hard plastic.
